Message	back. Heal up first strengthen later and careful with the narcotic pain killers. I have too many stories of friends/family getting hooked after major surgery and it's a hell of a habit to kick. I know they are necessary now but the sooner you can get off them the better. Can't wait to get back down to SZ to see you and Greg and get my car Dyno tuned. I imagine you will be out for awhile though. How long did the docs say recovery will take? Take your time bro and feel better!
